Lessons of Ramadhan.

Recalling the Ramadan of my youth, I now realize that this month meant little more to me. This year, I am having my Ramadhan in Puncak Alam. I am looking forward to the opportunity to compare the experience in the uni- life to my experience at home . Although some aspects will surely be different, I am sure that many of the practices will be very similar.

This indicates that no matter how far away I felt from home, the familiar sights of gathering made me feel welcome. The breaking of the fast, the Athan call to prayer, and the services that followed reminded me of home, enabling me to cherish these Islamic traditions in a new way. :)

Things I Want My Daughters To Know

How do you cope in a world without your mother?

An hour after two first tests today. (Hehe)

Saw this novel on Nad' s bed. Well, I pick up this book because of the title. Things I Want My Daughters To Know. Interesting! :)

This story is mainly about a woman who says goodbye to her daughters through a series of letters and a journal in which she expresses her hopes and dreams for their futures and confesses secrets she couldn’t voice in life. The words of their mother touch the girls in different ways as they make their own journeys through life.

This book is both heartwarming and heartbreaking. It covers the sister’s reaction to their mother’s death, and the resulting bond that ties them together much tighter than before. I like this novel very much.

Worth to sleep at 3 last night :)

This is indeed the most melanchonic Japanese movie I have ever seen. I cried from the earlier all the way till the very last scene. The plot is based on the true story of Japanese girl named Aya who had spinocerebellar degeneration. She kept writing in her diary until she could no longer hold a pen. Aya simply wish to live until the end of her life, and the prpose writing in the diary was to remind herself not to give up.

The fact that this movie was based on upon a real story makes this truly heart moving, even heart breaking. Honestly, I can't help my self watching all the scenes. There is really nothing to say except WOW. This story is truly insipiring and beautiful. It taught me a lot about life, not giving up, treasuring my friends and family. I recommend this movie to everyone. You ll surely learn something out of this wonderful, touching, real life movie! ;)

Great things is not created suddenly ;)

Macaroni is an easy and inexpensive meal to make. You can enjoy it with a basic GIANT chili sauce and tuna spread for a lovely taste dish. Hehe (Highlight: Giant- brand chili sauce :D) Well, this guide 'll teach you how to prepare simple macaroni! :) -Ceh, cakap macam sangat pandai memasak kan? Hee

The ingredients

Fill in a large pot. Hehe. A WATER HEATER actually. With water (Depending on the size of the pot). Remove the macaroni packaging and break it in half. Add it to the boiling water. Allow the macaroni to cook for approximately 10 minutes, stir it to keep it from sticking to the bottom of the heater.

Pour the macaroni into in a container of adequate size. Add the tuna spread, toss it well. Last, serve it with your favourite sauce! (Giant chili sauce best weh. Serious! :D)

Three Idiots

All is Well

It's weekend. Yeay! :) Had a good time watching Three Idiots with some friends last night. Well, Everybody appreciated this mind blowing entertaining film. Seriously, this is a film which shows everything in such a manner. Actually, the whole story is being articulated by three bosom friends whose behaviours looks the behaviour of the idiots.

All the three Idiots looking idiot but tries to prove that actually our mentality has become idotic due to rough competition prevailing in our education system. My favourite scene: The show of delivery of baby by the conventional method. Hehe. It was very creative. And it force to think that how in emergency our brain dies and do nothing!

To many of us, our fathers are enigmas. Well, as for me, I am blessed with a great father. Not the prototypical type, but a very caring and involved father. Don't believe? See what did he do today! ;)

Smiled. And in the mean time, I cried. Don't know how to explain. But for me, the messages were very meaningful! :) Well, I did reply the second message, and we did texting for a few messages, mainly talking about the interesting topic above. Hehe

Old as I am, I still miss my Abah. How about you people? :)
